The United Way Staff is comprised of five members: President/CEO, Campaign Director, Finance Director, Resource Development Coordinator and the Administrative Assistant.

, Bernadette Albo, Andrea Aragon, Bianca Hicks, Lawrence Kochis.Andrea Aragon, President/CEO -- Andrea came to United Way of Pueblo County in September of 2002. Previously, she served as the Assistant Director of Alumni Development and the Director of Alumni Relations at Colorado State University - Pueblo. Andrea graduated from the University of Southern Colorado, now CSU-Pueblo, with a BS degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Political Science in 1993. She has worked for U.S. Congressman Scott McInnis, and served as the President/CEO of the Latino Chamber of Commerce from 1994 to 1997. During this same period, she served on the Board of United Way of Pueblo County. Andrea is the proud mother of two sons, Freddie and Evan.

Bernadette Albo, Finance Director -- Bernadette has worked with United Way since 2001, primarily in the area of finance and data base management. Prior, she was employed by the Boys and Girls Club of Pueblo as the Finance Director. Mrs. Albo holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from University of Southern Colorado, and a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern Colorado, now Colorado State University - Pueblo.

Lawrence Kochis, AFL-CIO Community Services Liaison and Campaign Director--Lawrence began with United Way of Pueblo County as a volunteer campaign coordinator in 1974. Hired in December of 1987, Lawrence has a rich history with UWPC. He serves as the Labor Community Services liaison, and as of 1997 became the primary staff for the annual campaign as Campaign Director. His primary duties include training employees and donors on United Way related issues and working with volunteers as campaign coordinators. Lawrence graduated from Pueblo Central High School and attended the University of Southern Colorado, now Colorado State University - Pueblo.

Bianca Hicks, Resource Development Coordinator -- Bianca came to United Way in August of 2009. Bianca graduated from Colorado State University - Pueblo with a BA in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and minors in Professional Writing and Spanish. Her primary duties include assisting the President/CEO and Campaign Director with the planning and execution of the annual campaign drive, as well as other year-round fundraising efforts, coordinating fund distribution activities including allocations, community problem solving, the emergency food and shelter programs, and all marketing, public relations, special events, and communication strategies.

Patsy Switzer, Administrative Assistant --
Patsy began working for United Way in November of 1995. Patsy has worked for 28 years in the field of accounting and bookkeeping for various private and public entities. Her primary responsibilities are assisting with data input, financial record keeping and general administrative duties.
