Financial Coach(Social Work/Case Work)-Financial Empowerment Center (FEC)
Scope of Position: FEC Financial Coaches will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate, individualized financial education and coaching needed to empower individuals to manage their income and experience financial independence for successful operations of the Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) in partnership with the Cities for Financial Empowerment (CFE) Fund and the City of Pueblo.
The ideal candidate would be dynamic, committed, and bilingual, speaking and writing in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal skills. This candidate would have a passion for helping others and making a difference, working with clients to evaluate their needs, develop personal goals and provide tools to be successful in building a foundation of financial stability and the opportunity for upward economic mobility.
