Many nonprofit leaders step into executive roles without formal training, often questioning if they’re maximizing their impact. This two-hour workshop is designed to change that.

Built for executive staff and Board members, this session will provide practical tools, frameworks, and insights to build a strong, effective leadership team. Topics include clarifying roles between Boards and Executive Directors, improving team dynamics, and avoiding common pitfalls—all while keeping the work engaging and approachable.

Presenter: Brandy Bertram
